In China, we have completed more than 300 projects related to food freezing, covering 30 provinces and more than 160 cities. In overseas markets, our equipment is exported to more than 20 countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, Italy, Slovakia, Russia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Egypt, and South Africa.
In Malaysia, our liquid nitrogen quick freezing equipment has achieved great success and has become the local best-selling brand, which is very popular with durian dealers. The four-door cryogenic cabinet freezer is the best-selling one which can complete one batch in 1 to 1.5 hours, and each batch can freeze 2.4 to 2.8 tons of whole durian. These quick-frozen durians can be stored at a low temperature of -18 degrees for 6 to 12 months, and they are almost the same as fresh after thawing. By our cryogenic cabinet freezer, the weight loss of frozen durian is only 0.25% to 0.5% (while traditional quick-freezing equipment has a weight loss of 5% to 7%).
